When does the course start and finish?
Unlimited Brazilian Portuguese gives you access to ALL 550+ lessons each month – you can listen to as many as you want! On a computer or Android device, the lessons are streamed; on an iOS device, the lessons can be streamed or downloaded. Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will not be able to listen, even if the lessons have been downloaded.

What specifically do I get in each Unlimited Brazilian Portuguese lesson?
Each lesson has two parts: <br>(a) a streaming audio lesson, and <br>(b) a text Learning Guide (8-10 pages). <br><br>The Learning Guide includes a complete transcript of everything we say in the audio lesson, tips on how to use the new vocabulary, cultural information, a glossary with definitions of the key vocabulary, new sample sentences to show you how to use the new terms in the right way.
How does the Unlimited Brazilian Portuguese Membership work?
As a paid member, you get access to ALL 550+ lessons. You can stream lessons on your computer or mobile device. On a computer or Android device, the lessons are streamed; on an iOS device, the lessons can be streamed or downloaded. Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will not be able to listen, even if the lessons have been downloaded. <br><br>You can listen to as many lessons as you want to and as often as you would like. There are no limits. You can improve as quickly as you want to.
How long do I have access to the lessons?
You have access to ALL 550+ lessons as long as you are paying your monthly membership fee ($29 each month). You will be able to listen to as many lessons as you want each month, either streaming them on your computer or Android device or streaming/downloading them to your iOS device (iPhone/iPad). <br><br>Once your membership expires (ends), you will NOT be able to listen to your lessons, even if you downloaded them onto your iOS device (iPhone/iPad). You must have an active, paid monthly membership to listen to lessons.
How does a subscription work?
Unlimited Portuguese is a subscription, which means you are a charge each month until you cancel. Until you cancel, you will be charged $29 each month. But you can cancel anytime – it's easy! Just click on your account icon (top, right corner) and then click Manage Subscriptions. You can cancel your membership there. You will still have access to the lessons until the end of your current 30-day subscription period, or, for our yearly plan, until the end of your 12 months. <br><br>Note: If you are canceling and also want a refund, you must email us within 30 days of starting your membership. This is true for both regular and annual memberships. After 30 days, we cannot refund you. We do not automatically refund subscriptions when they are canceled; you must email us to request it.
How do I cancel my membership?
It's easy! Just click on your account icon (top, right corner) and then click Manage Subscriptions. You can cancel your membership there. You will still have access to the lessons until the end of your current 30-day subscription period, or 12 months if you are on a yearly plan. Yearly plans can be canceled anytime during the 12-month membership, but refunds can only be requested in the first 30 days.
Can I cancel my Unlimited Portuguese membership in the middle of the month?
You may cancel anytime and you will not be charged again for the next month (30 days). However, you will not receive a partial refund for the remainder of the current 30 days on your membership.
What if I am unhappy with my Unlimited Portuguese Membership?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are not satisfied with your membership, please contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund. Yearly memberships must be canceled within 30 days. Any refunds must be requested within 30 days of first starting your membership.
How do I stream Unlimited Portuguese lessons directly to my phone or tablet? I don't have a computer.
If you have an iOS (iPhone/iPad), you can also go to the website OR download our iOS app here. The app is from "Teachable," and you can find it in the App Store by tapping here or searching for "Teachable". After you download the app, just log in with your email and password to get started.
